Additional Information
Server management is carried out on the basis of a monthly subscription. We do not provide one-time server management services. You can not buy the service one-time, and the next month to refuse it. If the client refuses to renew the service, then we stop server management service completely and return the server to its original state which was before the start of the service. So, the client will have to re-configure all services on the server again without our help and support.
* Basic software – any software which comes with the DirectAdmin control panel, such as Apache, PHP, Perl, MySQL, FTP, Email, Curl, Zend, and etc. If the software is not included in the standard assembly of DirectAdmin, then such software is considered to be “out of base” from our point of view and will be installed only upon agreement with our administrators and for an additional fee. This restriction is only valid on the DX Admin Standard plan.
** Backup is performed by creating a backup copy of user files and transferring them to a third-party server owned by DEDIXLAB.COM, the backup is configured only at the request of the customer. If the customer did not make the request, the backup will not be done.
