Thank you for choosing our project and renting a server from us!

We would like to inform you that as part of a replacement program of the legacy hardware in London, we have started step by step migration of servers of our clients located in London to a more powerful, reliable, and modern cloud of host servers.

This Friday (June 26, 2020) we will carry out the transfer of your server(s), host name of which starts with "srv030" and "srv032".

The IP address for RDP/VNC/SSH connection to the server will be updated. A new IP address to connect to the migrated server and other credentials will be available in your Client Panel in the product’s details section. Password and login to connect to the server will not be changed!

ATTENTION! If your server has a Dedicated IPv4 address it will be replaced with a new IPv4.

ATTENTION! Your server location in London will not change.

ATTENTION! If you have multiple servers, only servers with host names that start with "srv030" and "srv032" will be migrated.

Please make sure the server is shutdown by 7am at June 26 (London time). We expect the server to be offline for a maximum of 10 hours, but we will do all we can to reduce that time.

Also please note that migrating to new hardware will not affect the integrity of your data.

If on completion of this maintenance you are not able to connect to your server via a new IP-address,  we kindly ask you to create a ticket in the Client Panel. Our support team will help you if any problem occurs.

When the migration is complete, an additional message will be sent to you.
